Scavenger Hunt Sunday

This week's scavenger hunt items were

  • Red
  • White
  • Blue
  • Stars
  • Sparkle

All of these photos were taken at Cindy and Kerry's home during our 4th of July celebration (held on Saturday, because of all the rain we've had).

With all the rain we've had lately, blue skies are really wonderful.

...And a little more blue.

 Well...sparklers.  :)



Grace (7) decided that "4th of July" didn't sound like a real holiday.  She asked me if there was another name for it, and once I told her what that other name was, she insisted on calling it "Independence Day."  On Independence Day, Grace served me breakfast in bed...my first breakfast in bed!
