I&#...Why, oh why did I decide to read this tonight? I'm HUNGRY!! I have a feeling this diet, er, lifestyle will not last long.<br /><br />Your recipe sounds good - about the same as mine, I think. I use the one in the tried and true BH&G red and white checked book. I think the only difference is I separate the yolks and whites, then whip and fold in the whites. Makes them fluffier. I think.
